Tattoo
In celebration for matching, I got another tattoo done before I left chicago.
The first one, for those of you who forgot
And the link explaining it is hereThe latest addition (and probably the last) to Josh’s body art collection is
The eye with the blue iris is meant to be the greek evil eye, or more specifically, the way of warding off any whom cast the evil eye upon you. The pupil is a shaded globe to represent my love of traveling, and ability to constantly see the world through new eyes. Overlooking the eye is Zeus, ruler of Olympus, and a symbol of my pride in my greek heritage, and underneath the eye is the greek word Pistis, which translates to faith.Similar to my first tattoo, this one is meant to remind me to be proud of whom I am and from where I come, while still remembering to never stop viewing the world through new eyes and above all to have faith.

@justgotspaid - um, that is not white, its just me
@faerienoodles - i also wear the evil eye and buddha around my neck. the tatts just complete the balance…glad you like
Looks like Zeus has a big One-Eyed monster
Wow! I was waiting for the new tat pic. Very “eye” catching. I like how there is white there to make the eye “shine.” Nice effect.
My cousin is Greek Cypriot (along with half of our family) and she carries a glass evil eye with her whenever she travels. I remember her feeding me violet mints and telling me stories about it when I was six. An excellent addition. I’m partial to the Buddha, personally–I am biased, however.
