My finals have started-the stress and the pain
I’m sitting here slowly wracking my brain
Of course I suppose I could always study
for one of my many exams
but all of these tests are driving me nutty
and no more do i think i can cram
So without further ado, like the french i surrender
finals, I give up you win
but though you’ll win the battle, you’ll still lose the war
cause failed classes I’ll just take again
Okay so not one of my better poetic efforts, but you know what? Fuck it. I took an 8am final (during 10th week mind you), and I have abnother final @ 11 today (again…during 10th week) Evil. Evil. Evil.
Righty-Oh then. SO instead of studying, which is what i really should be doing, I have been brwosing around on xanga, and you know what…it seems like other peepz have so much more interesting lives than mine…although I guess itz all a amtter of perspective and seized opportunites. Go fig. Well…2 or 3 more days til i start releasing the finals parodies…have I hyped them up enough yet? If not check out my webpage @
where you will find stress allows me to work wonders with musicl lyrics…and disey of course the sick bastard. Ask yourself, can yu name one family in any disney movie where both parents have survived, assuming they were even there at all to begin with?
Lets look @ a few examples
Snow white: Stepmother tried to kill, snow returns the favor by shoving her off a cliff…the ugly old hag, btw
CInderalla: Single parent again, hmmm. Forced to slave away and once again hated on by stepmother
Beauty and Beast/Little Mermaid: Oh look at that…more single parent households where the mother is mysteriously absent, or died before the time of the movie
Lion King…yay! both parents alive! No, wait…oh yeah simab thinks he killed his dad, but actually simba’s uncle, his fathers BROTHR killed him.
Or how about the newest disney film, Finding Nemo? That’s right…the father warns the mother to abandon the children, then the mother and all the kids are killed but for one. Reeeeeaaallll SUbtle, folkz
Suffice to say I could go on for a while in this vein, but long story short, I have strong suspicions that Walt had a somewhat less than perfectly well-adjusted childhood. And what kind of values is he imparting to our youth? Run away, and never come back…perhaps live w/7 men and do all their cooking and cleaning…lie cheat and steal your way to the top-but when you get there, everything will work out alright (Aladdin, anyone? another orpahn) Hmm. I think i will end there for now
Moral of the Story: Finalz do funny things to my head…and Dizney movies should have some sort of parental advisory label…like, watch your kids damn closely after taking them to this movie, in case they decide to bump you off
