Anything is possible
Although it would be horribly unethical, I think placing this poster in the wards during my ob/gyn rotation would be a great april fools prank.
Also, I am so terrible right now at conducting psych interviews that the schizophrenic I was assigned told me so. He actually said, i am not being shrunk by you, you dont even ask the right questions. He then got up and left the room. My incompetency actually CUT THROUGH THE CRAZY to where the patients are telling me i ain’t doing it right.
Sigh. Who would have ever thought i would feel more comfortable with the physical exam and english as a second language patients. Psych is way different from internal med, and the more rotations I go through, the more it affirms the specialty i have picked.
