Cooking with Almost Dr J- the trailer
The season finale of top chef is approaching, and with it, another cooking competition between Jay, Ritika, and Almost Dr J. This year, we are talking about a three course meal with an amuse bouche, entree, and desert, with three themes...a region of the world, a holiday (most likely saint pattys) and a season (spring). Exciting stuff a brewing. Watch for it later this month-Almost Dr J

I've heard of an "amuse bouche" but forget what it is. Sounds good. I wanna taste-test your dishes, yum! And I just saw "top chef" for the first time recently while I was on call; those dishes looked to die for. Mmmm
does ur food in the competition need to be original? or can u look up recipes to help?
