Happy Easter everyone: I know I’m a bit early, but as I have been cooking up a storm as per tradition, I am highly unlikely to post tomorrow. Also, I have disneyland pics and more food to upload, along with a trip to tokyo to plan…any of my fellow world travelers want to suggest any fun wacky theme restaurants that have popped up in the last year or two that I should check out?
In other news, spending the next month working in the ED. Blech. Not a fan during med school, less of one now…but I have some wonderfully entertaining and heart-wrenching stories to get around to telling in an upcoming post. I know I know, you can barely contain yourselves…me either.

I wondered if you would be doing your usual big Orthodox Easter cooking. Wow, Tokyo. Can’t wait to hear/see the pics on that one.
