I am a doof.
Ugh. In an astounding bonehead move (even for me) I realized today that I did not in fact book my plane ticket to return dec 20 to la.
No, I booked it to return January 20th.
This necessitated a 541 dollar correction on my part.
I am not happy about this, but I have no one to blame but myself-life lesson learned, pay close CLOSE attention when buying airline tix in the future
In other news, I think i am kinda over new york. There are one or two programs here I like enough that I will rank them, but I am pretty much on the chicago for optho or los angeles for internal path from here on out.
Sometimes I wish i knew my own mind better…why is it the things we think we want we truly rarely do.
Oh well, maybe the 80′s rock musical i am supposed to see tomorrow with snowbird and keena will cheer me up
and yada yada yada fill in this space with more excuses for not posting pictures, restaurant reviews, rants, take your pick.

Wow! That sucks! Its unbelievable that it is THAT much to change the date. hang in there…
Do you get “Almost Dr” pay since you’re “Almost Dr. J?”
Airlines suck.
I typed a comment and I hit submit—where did it go?
As I was saying, *ahem* It’s happened to us, learning that life lesson. And it was a trip for a Wedding. It was a nightmare for a while.
How about writing about that musical?
Good luck in choosing the right program for you.
Oh my goodness! That sucks! I saw the title to your blog and was going to tease you a bit, but after reading it I just can’t. I’m sorry… that’s not fun at all. I hope you have a good, safe flight though.
